 Preface
What is written in this book is a summary of what grand
master Lee Kwang Hee taught with some addition of what I say often
in my teachings.
Read on from the first paragraph.
If you find a sentence that touches your heart, stay there.
If you understand that the whole contents of this book converges on
that one sentence, it means, if you understand that each part of this
whole volume is connected to that sentence one by one, then you understood
everything of this book.
