Kids: Under Consideration(Can kids endure the training of 3 hours?)


 

For Adults(Title: Taekwondo is the way of Mind)

 

First Class: Techniques and Trainings of Basic Stance. - 28th, Sep

- We¡¯ll practice 1000 times of Juchum Seo Momtong Jireugi.(for 1h 30 more.)

- We¡¯ll practice 1000 times of Apchagi(for 1h 30 more or less)

- I¡¯m planning to add some explanation after each 100 times of practice more or less.

 

Second Class: Basic Technique - 29th. Sep

- Basic motions and basic Yaksok Kyorugi: Three (more or less) techniques for 2h

(1000 times of practice for all techniques)

- Hard trainings for good basics for 1h.

 

Third Class: Basic Kick - 29th. Sep

- Basic techniques of Kyorugi for 1h.

- Correction of Duichagi and Hwechuk for 2h.


 

Morning Class(With only several Masters)

The techniques of weapons: using sword, throwing knife if you are interested, and high level techniques, and so on.

(We have to prepare some wooden swords or something else)

Trainings of Ki

(If we have much time to talk and discuss in the morning class we may not need more discussion in break days.)

 

Afternoon Class : Under Consideration

Supposition: These members took part in the Seminar. We can reduce the time of basic training for techniques.

 

(1)    10.1: Abkubi and Duikubi seogi and walking, and techniques of those stance.
