Sitting dowin and Standing up


     

 

The key point of this motion is to move with only one leg.

The worst is to stand up with support of two hands more. (Usually almost everyone moves that way.)
For this motion you need to strengthen your leg with "Ireo Seogi".

If you don't have enough strength of your leg, you may use two legs to stand up and sit down.

The meaning of this motion is that you should be ready for more attack and defense, always.
